INNOVATION IS FOR EVERYONE

About us

It Started with my parents

My mom and dad and like many people their age, they’ve had to adapt to a world that is becoming increasingly digital.

I wanted to help them become more independent with technology whether it was using a tablet, managing their emails, searching for information online, or simply understanding how the tools around them work.

But I quickly realized that the challenge wasn't their ability to learn.

It was the fear of making a mistake, the fear of breaking something, and sometimes the impatience of the people trying to help them.

Christine Jean-Charles

Learning technology can be difficult when you're being rushed, when instructions aren't clear, but the right environment makes the difference.

During 6 weeks your residents build confidence, independence, with essential digital skills. Through simple explanations, demonstrations, and hands-on practice, participants will learn how to use a computer or tablet, explore everyday digital applications, and navigate the Internet safely.

It is ideal for residents who:

  • Own or have access to a computer or tablet.
  • Want to learn how to use digital devices more comfortably.
  • Need support with everyday tasks such as email, online searches, and digital applications.
  • Want to learn how to shop online and navigate the Internet safely.
  • Feel nervous, overwhelmed, or unsure when using technology.
  • Prefer a patient, supportive learning environment where they can ask questions and progress at their own pace.

The digital world opens the door to countless possibilities. Everyone deserves the opportunity to access it, understand it, and navigate it with confidence.
